Instructions: You're part of a NASA mission travelling through space in search of a new planet to call home. Use the ACCELERATE button to avoid the comets and asteroids in your way. Don't crash and try to travel for as long as possible!

A Message from NASA: Greetings from Earth! Commander, how long do you think the ship will last? How many light years can you travel? What can you explore? Unfortunately, the weather report calls for a lot of comets and asteroids, so you must be brave. Good luck, Commander!

Making Our Website

The Process

This website was created in 2019 during Hack the Solar System, an annual hackathon at the American Museum of Natural History. Since this year's topic was about astrophysics and planetary sciences, high schoolers from around NYC came to create websites about prominent female scientists at the museum.
